Recognizing an aneurysm

Eat for the health of it.

Aneurysms are mainly brought on by hardening of the arteries mostly because of fatty plaque buildup. Most of time there is no warning signs. It is usually detected by an x-ray while having a routine checkup.

Some of the symptoms are hoarseness, difficulty swallowing, throbbing lump in the abdominal area, severe backache, leg pain or chest pain. Any unusual pain especially if it is severe, warrants a visit to the doctor.

Keep your cholesterol down, watch your blood preasure. Try using garlic, ginger and cayenne pepper. Eat foods high in Potassium, magnesium and minerals.

Laughter is healthy:

A young couple who were just married and in their bridal suite on their wedding night and the groom removes his pants and tosses them to his wife and says,"here, put these on."
She puts them on and says,"I can't wear these, they are way to big for me."
"That's right," he says, "and don't you forget it.I'm the one who wears the pants in this family."
With that she removes her panties and throws them to him and says, "Try these on."
He tries them on and finds he can't get them over his knee caps and tells her,"I can't get into your pants."
She answers, "That's right, and that's the way it will be until you get an attitude adjustment."
