Pain in the breast?

Eat for the health of it.

It's not uncommon to have breast pain and tenderness prior to your menstrual period,or during the hormonal change before menopause. Nothing that worries you should go unchecked. Before you run off to the doctor why not try giving up caffeine products like, regular coffee, regular tea and sodas that contain caffeine and chocolate, peanuts and peanut butter, which all contain caffeine or caffeine-like substances. If the pain is bad enough you may want to invest in some custom fitted bras or find a bra that is well fitting for you.

You can try using a soft cloth saturated with cold-pressed castor oil, (available at the health food store)place on your breasts and cover that with plastic wrap and leave on for an hour. Leave the sweets alone. Try staying away from saturated fats, such as, butter, burgers, or fries. Maybe try eating more fish. Try flaxseed or flaxseed oil.(Available at the health food store) You may also ask about the chasteberry or vitex at the healthfood store.

Laughter is healthy:

The little boy greets his grandma with a big hug and says," I'm so happy to see you grandma. Now maybe daddy can do the trick he has been promising us."

"What trick is that, my dear?"

The little guy says, "I heard daddy tell mommy that he would climb the walls if you came to visit again."
