dyspareunia or painful mating?

Eat for the health of it.

If you are having painful intercourse,or if you have itching, or burning, see a doctor. If the doctor doesn't find anything wrong, maybe your partner isn't taking enough time with the foreplay.

Make sure that you don't use any harsh soaps while bathing, avoid bubble baths, body washes and douches. You can try using a vitamin E capsul. Insert it into the vagina and give it some time for the casing to dissolve. Time for some foreplay. You can find personal lubricants at the drugstore but you may want to stay away from the enhancing type if you are sensitive to additives or chemicals. You should ask the doctor or pharmacist.

Just a reminder to stay as much all natural as you can. You can learn that in my all natural cookbook, GRANDMA'S BACK TO BASICS ALL NATURAL MORE THAN JUST A COKBOOK ISBN#0-8059-6286-7. Phone # 1-800-788-7654 or you may order at: www.dorrancepublishing.com or Amazonbooks.com

A very good novel to keep you interested all the way through is: 'Under Obligation' ISBN# 1-58736-601-0. Available at: www.wheatmark.com, Amazonbooks.com, Abebooks.com
Author is Trishianna Rose Roberts. A true story.

Unbelievable stories:

Recently the lady in front me, in line at McDonalds: and they had 6,9 and 12 Chicken McNuggets and the lady asked for a half dozen and the cute little girl at the cash register said,"We don't have a half dozen."

"You don't?

"We only have 6,9 and 12."

"So I can't have a half dozen?"

"That's right."

The lady shook her head and said, "I'll take 6 of them then."
