Dry skin or psoriasis

Eat for the health of it.

Psoriasis is a very annoying scaly, dead skin irritation that can show up on the knees, elbows and scalp. It could be from allergies, not eating right, or toxins in the liver. Well with all the chemicals they put in our foods these days, it's no wonder.
I would try Aloe vera gel(from the health food store). If you can get the plant itself and open the plant and rub the gel right from the plant onto the area affected. Do this three times a day.

Get out into the sun but don't get burnt. You need vitamin D. Ask at the healthfood store to see if they have some other methods if these do not work for you.

Eat healthy all natural foods. If people only knew how important all natural foods are.

Laughter is healthy:

This poor lady was so upset and crying by her car when another lady came along and asked what her problem was.
She said,"I guess I should have replaced the batteries in this remote thingy but I didn't know when to do it."
The first lady then helped her by putting the key into the door and it opened. She handed her the keys and told her to go into the store and see if they had the batteries to fit her remote thingy.

After running out of typing paper this secretary asks,"What should I do?" Another secretary told her to get some from the copy machine.
She went to the copy machine and made several blank copies.

A mother called 911 and reported that her child had eaten some ants and asked if she should take him to the emergency room.
The dispatcher said,"Just give him some Benadryl."
The mother said,"I just gave him some ant killer."
The dispatcher said, "Rush him to the emergency room."
