eggs-bruising and bulimia

Eat for the health of it.

EGGS:

You have probably heard people say they don't eat eggs because they are not good for you. I look at it this way; if it's all natural, it is good for you. Eggs are loaded with nutrients and they are really good for you. Don't let anyone tell you that eggs are bad for you.

BRUISING:

If you bruise easy try taking vitamin C- 1,000 milligrams every day. (timed release would work the best)along with citris bioflavonoids. Try eating dark leafy greens like, Swiss chard, collards, kale, spinach, mustard greens and watercress. Use a food processor to juice vegetables too.

BULIMIA:

If you are one of those people who are so conscientious of their weight that you eat a huge amount of food and then make yourself vomit, please get help if you cannot stop on your own.
I knew a young girl and she was a bit overweight but she was so attractive and friendly but she was constantly reminded that she was overweight. I don't want to go into detail on her life but I watched her grow up, as she went on with her life and after a failed marriage, and she married again, things only got worse until she finally committed suicide. It is so sad that anyone as pretty and friendly as she was could have had such a burden to contend with.

Every time you vomit you lose all the nourishment that your body needs and if you do this all the time it isn't long you will get sick and if you don't get help and stop doing that you can die. This illness is called bulimia.
