Caffein can be helpful

Eat for the health of it.

If you are a coffee lover you may want to give these herbal coffees a try. They are made of roots and grains, from dandelions, chicory, beet, barley and rye. There is even another coffee alternative; an instant Dandelion Blend that you may be able to get in a health food store. There is another blend of Dandelion Java that is supposed to look, taste and smell like the real thing.

One thing you have to watch for too is that coffee isn't the only thing that has caffein in it. Chocolate that everyone likes, has caffein in it, so do a lot of soda's. Caffein isn't all bad either,it helps people with asthma. Others have used it as a remedy for lung congestion from cold and flu. At least it is a natural product and if you drink coffee in moderation is like most other foods you want to eat in moderation.

Laughter is healthy:

The minister was talking about having enemies and how you should forgive them. He asked how many people there, had an enemy and about 80% of the people raised their hands. He noticed that a little old lady, did not raise her hand.

The minister said, "Mrs. Neely, don't you have an enemy?"

She answered,"No, I don't have any enemies."

The minister said, "That's wonderful but it is very unusual for a person not to have an enemy.

As the minister finished his talk he wanted to congratulate the oldest member of their church. "Mrs. Neely, I understand you have a birthday today. How old are you?"

She replied,"I am ninty eight today." Everyone clapped their hands.

The minister said," Well, Mrs Neely, would you please come up in front and tell everyone how a person can live to be 98 and not have an enemy in the whole world?"

The sweet little old lady shuffled down the isle, faced the congregation and answered,"I outlived the bitches."
