tooth erosion

Eat for the health of it.

A recent study done on childrens teeth showed that 30% of these kids had dental erosion of the enamel on their teeth. If the parents would educate them what they eat and drink, it would help a lot. Some kids are allowed as much soda as they want and the acids can eat the enamal off their teeth and leaving their teeth thinner and unprotected. Anything that has an acid in it will eat away at the enamal.

One thing that is good is to cut back on acid foods and beverages so that your saliva has a chance to remineralize the tooth surface. It would be good if you could brush your teeth everytime you ate something but who wants to carry a tooth brush?

Always eat healthy no matter what.

Laughter is healthy:

A young fellow came home from a week long fishing trip. Before he got to his house he stopped at a store to buy his wife a bottle of perfume. He asked to see a bottle of a nice fragrant perfume and the clerk showed him a bottle and he asked her,"How much is it?" The clerk answered,"Fifty dollars."

"That's too much! Do you have something cheaper?" She showed him another bottle, "This one is twenty five dollars." He again complained of the price. She brought another bottle and said,"This one is fifteen dollars." He still said, "That's still too much. Could you show me something real cheap?"

The clerk reached under the counter and handed him a mirror and said, "Here look at this."
