Eating for health

Eat for the health of it.

People have a better chance to live a longer and healthy life by eating all natural and good for you kind of food. By keeping your body healthy will build up your immune system and help ward off life threatening illnesses and have a better chance of living longer.

The foods you need to eat are all natural, not processed. You need chemical free, germ killing foods like:Raw honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic, onions, radishes, hot peppers and turnips. Spices, black tea and instead of sugar, use stevia.

People complain that the foods that are good for you, make them sick. It will take some time to clean out all that crap that has built up inside of you. Throw away all of those antacids and get your stomach used to eat all natural foods, then gradually add onions, peppers, radishes and cabbage. Basiccally any food that is not processed is better for you than any of these chemically laden processed foods. I was one of those people that thought they could not eat radishes and cabbage, etc. but after reading how bad antacids are for you I started changing over and now I eat everything that is all natural. I eat radishes to keep my stomach from burning.

Americas diets have become so bland with foods like white sugar, candies, over cooked veggies and processed cereal. You need to eat unprocessed foods, raw veggies and spicy foods.

Some people eat as much as a cup of sugar a day. Sugar is not good for you even unbleached sugar should be used in moderation. The large amounts of sugar and other processed foods plays a big part in people being sick. We could have a pandemic in this country like back in the early 1900's. We have to build up our immune systems to resist these diseases and illnesses by eating healthy instead of all of these processed foods.
