Are you fat? Do you know why?

Eat for the health of it.

If you are a fast eater, it could be the reason you are over weight. If you are eating too fast you don't feel full because the hormones do not have time to tell your brain to tell you that you are full. Therefore you keep eating. Try slowing down and really enjoy the food you are eating.

Don't eat a lot of junk food either because junk food doesn't have food value
Try eating as much all natural food as you can and try to leave the junk food occasionally.
