helpful information

Eat for the health of it.

Greek men believe that taking a nap in the afternoon will lower their risk of dying from heart disease by 30%.Well I agree with them whole heartedly. I take a nap every afternoon.

Exercise is also very important for a healthy heart. Exercise reduces the risk of heart disease, stroke, obesity, diabetes, insomnia, depression, and some cancers. Lifting weights just 5 minutes a day will strengthen your bones and muscles.
Do not exceed 60 minutes of strenous exercise a day.

Cholesterol can be lowered by drinking a little apple cider vinegar every day. You can put a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a 1/2 glass of water or you can make it a delicious drink from my recipe (Health Drink) that is in my all natural cookbook.

I was told by one person that read the book that it was the first book he ever read that he could not put it down and he read it in one day.
