junk food in the stomach

Eat for the health of it.

If you are one of those people who are getting a bit bulgy around the stomach area, you may want to read this. The bigger you get around the middle, the more chances you take that you will get some illness that will be directly related to the big belly, like insomnia, heart disease, shortness of breath, sleep apnea, diabetes,high blood preasure, stroke, vascular disease, and many other health problems.

I know it is probably going to be hard to give up all that sugary, high carb junk food but if you aren't feeling good, it could be from bacteria in the stomack. The best thing to do is get on a low carb diet. You will be surprised how good you will feel when you eat low carb, like fish and meats(unbreaded)and vegetables. Easy on the fruit, they are high in carbs. I suggest getting a low carb diet book, you will be surprised how much you can eat.

If you are a video enthusiest, you may want to get into something with a little more activity. And find something besides sodas to drink. I know you think that the diet drinks are supposed to be diet but it has been proven that they only enhance your thirst. Try my all natural thirst quencher that will appear in my next cookbook but I will give it to you now. I take a bottle of water and drink a swallow out of it or pour out about an ounce. I add to it one or two tablespoons of lemon juice and a pinch of sea salt and 4 to 6 drops of liquid Stevia. Shake it up a bit and it makes a great (hardly any calories or carbs)drink and it's easy to carry with you. You can find stevia in the health food store.

Laughter is healthy:

This mother was trying to teach her daughter to pray and thought it would be a good practice for her when she invited three couples over to dinner one evening. As they all got seated for the meal, the mother said to her daughter, " Okay Cindy, you can say the blessing for us." Cindy was not sure if she could remember what to say so she said, "Mommy, I don't think I know what to say." Of course her mother wanted her to feel more confident and encouraged her," Cindy, don't worry, just say whatever I say." Cindy began her prayer, "Oh God! Why did I invite all these people to dinner?"
