Gross foods in the vending machines

Eat for the health of it.

I imagine that some people have to rely on vending machines for their food, but I think the food that comes out of those machines have to be loaded with preservatives. I look at that food in those machines and am not tempted at all to put my money in the machine to get anything. As long as I am satisfying my temptation, I want the real thing, not a bunch of chemicals and preservatives.

If you have a favorite recipe, why not try to make it using all natural ingredients. Like if you are frying some chicken, use the best olive oil you can buy and better yet use cocoanut oil, it's delicious.

I have mentioned before that low carb diet is really a good, healthy, filling diet. And my second best diet is the South beach diet. These are both basically eating all natural foods. And you can lose weight.

You can use most herbs and spices without a problem. You can grill or skewer cook your foods. Try to stay away from low fat dressings because they are laden with chemicals. Always check the bottle. Also check for HFCS, Aspartame, Splenda etc.

Diatetic candies and cookies end up have almost as many calories as do the regular ones. Try the health food stores and you will find they have some good tasting treats. I like their candies too.

Watchout for chewing gum, it may contain aspartame. I also buy my gum at the healthfood store. It is sweetened with Xylitol.

The best thing to do is empty your cupboards of anything that contains MSG,Chlorine, Aspartame, HFCS, Splenda (which has chlorine in it), Try to buy canned fruits and such that has been sweetened with cane sugar or Stevia. Use only sea salt and try to buy it that is Iodized. Table salt has added chemicals to keep it from caking.

Don't throw away liquids from cooking because they can be used to add to soups and gravies. If you buy some beef bones, bake them in the oven for awhile and add the water to them and it will make an excellent soup broth, especially for onion soup.

You can have apple cider vinegar but bipass the white vinegar, it is made from a chemical bi product. I was real happy when I found some all natural ice cream in the grocery store.

Always keep in mind that all diet drinks and foods contain a chemical of some sort like: Splenda, Aspartame, HFCS, Nutrasweet. Coffe and Tea, as long as it is all natural, you can indulge. Sweeten it with Stevia and add real cream and your all set.

Artificially sweetened foods will not help you lose weight. Just take a look at how many people are immensely overweight, these chemicals only make you crave more and more and you think that it doesn't have calories but that nasty chemical is making you crave more food.

Your all natural foods are really the best and the most satisfying, which will end your food cravings. Any diet will have you making a decision what to eat and what is the best for you. If you are serious about losing weight then buy a carb counter or Dr. Adkins book and it will help you a lot. No, I am not selling them. You can find them at most bookstores.

Laughter is healthy:Some Puns:
A vulture boards an airplane, carrying two dead raccoons. The stewardess looks at him and says, "I am sorry, sir, only one carrion allowed per passenger."

Two fish swim into a concrete wall and one turns to the other and says,"Dam!"

Two eskimos sitting in a kayak were chilly, so they lit a fire in the craft. Unsurprisingly it sank, proving once again that you cannot have you kayak and heat it too.
Two hydrogen atoms meet. One says, "I've lost my electron." The other says,"Are you sure?" The first one answers,"Yes, I'm positive."

A group of chess enthusiests checked into a hotel and were standing in the lobby discussing their recent tournament victories. After about an hour the manager came out and asked them to disperse. "But why?", they asked as they moved off."Because," he said, " I can't stand chess-nuts boasting in an open foyer."
