Eggs are really good for you.

Eat for the health of it.

Why does the media still give the eggs a bad name? Don't they know that eggs are really good for you? They have 13 essential vitamins and minerals, vitaminD and B12. What else could they ask for in a small nutrative inexpensive compound? It looks like the giant food firms only want you to eat junk food, now there is something they ought to go after. I cannot believe that anyone would think a natural food would be bad and that junk food is good. From the beginning of time the foods were here on earth for us to eat and everything had a purpose for us to eat it. They didn't have all of these processing plants, grinding up good grains and berries etc. and then adding artificial gunk to the mixture and molding it or whatever they had to do to make it enticing enough to eat.

Do you know that if you ate ten eggs a day, that it could clean your arteries and sharpen your memory? I'm going back on my low carb diet. Eggs are one of the forbidden foods that you can go back to eating for your health and while your at it, have some steak, crab,pork chops etc.

From the time of the cave man, men have hunted their foods and that is all of the natural foods, they never heard of processed anything, and probably ate everything raw, until someone figured out how to start a fire.

Spinach is good for you too. Maybe some people may not think so but it is good for your eyes but only if it is fried in bacon grease. Who would have thought that? Spinach has the nutrient, lutein which helps macular degeneration. The eye saving nutrient in spinach are soluable- so you cannot adsorb them without fat, and listen to this, bacon grease is one of the best fats known to cook with. Yes, you have been told just the opposite, but think of all the other lies they have been telling us.

One of the best fats to cook with is lard, it's all natural.Something that I have noticed is that most people are on medication and a large number of people are on a lot of medication. How did so many people get so sick over such a short period of time? Makes you wonder. Who made everyone think that their cholesterol should be below 200? Did you know that cholesterol actually patches up the holes so the blood vessels in your brain do not burst.

Low cholesterol increases your chances of dying from an infecious disease and did you know that AIDS victims actually have low cholesterol and it's not because they are healthy. Cholesterol is actually the mother of all nutrients. Your body needs cholesterol to create Hormones. Go ahead and eat chicken wings with the skin, Lobster, butter, and other fatty foods. I eat all of these foods on a low carb diet. Try it. I was in for a check up today and the doctor said everything was good and almost perfect. I feel good too.
