for good health reduce grains and sugar

Eat for the health of it.

Just think about it; humans existed on a diet of animal meats, fish and vegetation. I suppose they foraged every day like most wild animals do now. I can imagine that there were plenty of wild berry bushes around, wild grapes and fruit trees. Maybe the fruit trees didn't bear fruit like they do now but they also did not consume poison sprays either.

With the modern civilization came the sprays and the sugar and the grains that were ground into flour. All of this brought on illnesses and birth defects. with the modern civilization man was consuming way too much bread, cereal, pasta, corn(which is a grain, not a vegetable), rice, potatoes. These are carbohydrades which we consume in the form of processed foods.

With a meal of hamburger on a bun, French fries and a coke, it's no wonder 65% of Americans are over weight and 27% are clinically obese. It may be hard to understand that it isn't the fats that are fattening but it is the carbohydrates from our starch and sugar loaded diets.

If you eat all natural, it will help a lot in keeping everything under control and the more you stick to it the better it is for you.

Laughter is healthy:
The doctor examined this guys wife then took him aside and told him," I don't like the looks of your wife at all." The guy answered," I don't either doc, but she's a good cook and she's really great with the kids."
