Improve your life expectancy?

Eat for the health of it.

Believe it or not they say that you can improve your life expectancy by getting your supply of vitamin D. European researchers, from Milan, Italy and the international Agency for cancer research ran studies of people who had been given doses of vitamin D.
Vitamin D can reduce the poliferation of cells, which occurs in cancer.
Vitamin D helps to uptake calcium for bone health.
You can get vitamin D from being in the sun.
Vitamin D is so important for maintaining health and life expectancy.
The best way to raise your Vitamin D level is SUN exposure.
Studies show that insufficient sun exposure can leave you unprotected against *Diabetes
*Heart disease
*Arthritis
*Infertility and PMS
*Fatigue and depression
*Autoimmune Disorders
*Obesity
*SyndromeX
Keep in mind that Vitamin D from Milk and supplements are synthetic, If you can stick to either Cod liver oil or the good ole sunshine is best.

Laughter is healthy: Old couple at McDonalds
This older couple walks into McDonalds and he tells his wife to have a seat while he goes up to the counter to order their food. The manager noticed they had only purchased one meal for the two of them. One hamburger, one french fries and a drink. The old man opened the wrapper and took the hamburger and cut it in half and carefully counted out the french fries. He put the 1/2 burger and 1/2 fries in front of his wife and he took a swallow of the drink and handed it to his wife and she took a swallow too. Everyone's eyes were on the two by now and they were all feeling sorry for them. One man came to the table and offered to buy them a second lunch but the couple politely refused, and said, "Oh no! we share everything." Then people noticed that the man had eaten most of his sandwich and she had not eaten any of hers. The gentleman offered again to buy them a second meal and again they refused and the woman said, "No, we share everything." The gentleman then asked," Well, ma'm why is it you are not eating, are you waiting for something else"?
She answered him quietly, "Yes, sir, I am waiting for the teeth."
