Trying to avoid heart disease?

Eat for the health of it.

You may want to think twice before eating that low fat diet that the foodies are always telling you to eat. You do not have to keep your cholesterol down below 200 when it's not healthy for you. Low cholesterol can trigger a 'massive stroke' caused when the blood vessels in their brain is so weak, they burst open. Even moderately low cholesterol can raise a risk of these strokes. Why are doctors not notified of these findings? You can have a stroke whether your cholesterol is high or low. The real cause of heart disease is not eating enough red meat. Instead of cholesterol, the real culprit is Homocysteine. Cholesterol doesn't do anything unless it catches onto a ridge or a pit in your artery wall. and the secret cause of these cholesterol traps is homocysteine. Too much homocysteine and your arteries carrode like a rusty pipe.

You can cut down your homocysteine levels by taking viatmin B6 and B12 and of course the red meat. Forget what you were told about 'male' and 'female' hormones. Both men and women produce the same types of sex hormones. Healthy women produce more estrogen and progesterone while men produce more testosterone, but all of us need a little of all three to stay healthy. It may reverse osteoporosis, and it could cut breast cancer risk by 90%.

People think that testosterone causes heart disease. Research shows that it is a treatment and may prevent strokes. They even think that testosterone causes prostate disease, but studies show that swelling and cancer strike older men with declining testosterone levels. Treatment for impotence is Viagra While it can help, all natural testerone can make you feel and perform like a young man.

Laughter is healthy:

A man felt his wife wasn't hearing well. He wasn't sure how to approach her. He went to his family doctor and discussed the problem with him. He told him the simplest way to find out. The doctor said,"stand about 40 feet away from her and in a normal tone of voice ask her a question. If she doesn't answer then get closer, like 30 feet, then 20 feet and we will see what happens."
That evening, the wife was in the kitchen fixing dinner when the husband starts his testing. At about 40 feet he asks his wife,"Dear, what is for dinner?" No response. He steps a little closer, maybe 30 feet away and he asks,"Honey, what's for dinner?" Still no response. Next he moves near the dining room at about 20 feet, and asks,"Dear, what's for dinner?" Again, no response. He moves into the dining room at sbout 10 feet away and asks again, "What are we having for dinner?" No response, so he sidles right up behind her and asks, "Honey, what's for dinner?"
(I just love this.)

"Ralph for the fifth time, we are having chicken." (Doesn't this ring a bell?)
