Simple and easy-eat all natural foods

Eat for the health of it.

Americans seem to be getting more health conscious but some really do not know how much artificial ingredients they put in our food supply. I feel they should be more conscious of the additives that are put in our food. Read all the labels before you buy the product and let them know you do not want to eat this crap. If people stop buying those chemical laden foods they would stop making them. The foods are so processed and have so many artificial ingredients that you could probably get away with eating cardboard. That could be a little far fetched but just think of it, if you process something until everything that was good is cooked out and then you have to add some artificial flavoring, some chemical compound, a little HFCS and maybe some other processed bi-product that you remembered was in the back room and you cook it all up and make it into some fantastic tasting mush-mush, but where is the food value? Where is the vitamins? What will this do to your system? And for me I would break out in hives for sure with all that artificial gunk. Why can't we just have good ole food from way back when? If you do some serious figuring, you will find out that when a lot of the cancer and other ailments started were about the time when they started to use chemicals, preservatives and fillers. My wish would be to have them take all of the chemicals out of our food and see if cancer and a lot of other illnesses would come to a screaching halt.

Laughter is healthy: About growing older:
First: There will come a time when you will stop lying about your age and start bragging about it.
Second: The older we get, the fewer things seem worth standing in line for.
Third: Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me, I want people to know why I look this way. I've traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved.
Fourth: When you are dissatisfied and want to go back to youth, think of Algebra.
Fifth: You know you are getting old when everything either dries up or it leaks.
Sixth: I don't know how I got over the hill without going over the top.
Seventh: Long ago when men beat the ground with sticks, they called it witchcraft. Today it's called golf.
Eighth: If you don't learn to laugh at trouble, you won't have anything to laugh at when you get old.
