Are you sleep deprived?

Eat for the health of it.

With the world problems and the stress of everyday living, it's no wonder we have such a hard time sleeping. It is a possability that you could have sleep apnea, that's where the tissue in the back of your throat collapses and blocks the airway while you sleep, causing you to stop breathing. This is more prevalent in middle aged and older men, and some women. If you do not know if you snore, your partner will let you know. Surgery may be suggested. The most successful device is the CPAP machine. This will be ordered after a sleep study has been done.

DONT'S: Before you go to bed.

Don't drink caffienated coffee, or other caffienated products.
Don't bring up problems, try to solve them earlier.
Don't exercise just before bedtime.
Don't go to bed on a full stomach.
Don't take sleeping pills unless you absolutely have to, they more than likely will leave you groggy the next day.

DO'S before bedtime.

Do relax with a warm bath.
Do make the bedroom dark.
Do get in the habit of going to bed at the same time each night.
Do use your bedroom for sleep and intimacy only.
Do eat early, about 2 to 3 hours before you go to bed.

Laughter is healthy: The love story of Ralph and Edna

Just because someone doesn't love you the way you want them to,doesn't mean they don't love you with all they have.
Ralph and Edna were both patients at a mental hospital. One day while they were walking past the hospital swimming pool Ralph suddenly jumped into the deep end. He sank to the bottom of the pool and stayed there.
Edna promply jumped into the pool and saved him. She swam to the bottom and pulled him out. When the Head Nurse Directer became aware of the heroic act she had done, she immediately ordered her to be discharged from the hospital, as she now considered her to be mentally stable.
When she went to tell Edna the good news, she said, "Edna, I have good news and bad news. The good news is that you are being discharged, since you were able to respond to a crisis by jumping in the pool and saving the life of someone you love. I conclude that your act dispays sound mindedness. The bad news is that Ralph hung himself in the bathroom with his bathrobe belt right after you saved him. I am so sorry, but he is dead."
Edna replied,"He didn't hang himself, I put him there to dry. How soon can I go home?"
