Is MSG making you fat?

Eat for the health of it.

They have numerous news articles about obesity in adults and children. I recently read an article that states that MSG causes weight gain. What took them so long to figure that out? These maunufactured chemicals do not mix well with our natural chemicals and they cause all sorts of problems. How long will it take them to take the chemicals out of our food supply? It seems they come up with a new chemical all the time, or should I say that they come up with a new name for it? Like MSG alias hydrolyzed protein. High Fructose Corn Syrup, I just found out the hard way, that it is also called 'inverted syrup'. It's a shame that so many people have to suffer because someone wants to make more money and they do not care about the health of our children. Another chemical in our food that is real bad is the chlorine, which is a bleaching agent, it is in city water, bleached sugar, bleached flour and anything that these products are used in. I have to filter my water and use unbleached flour and unbleached sugar.

Laughter is healthy: Things to remember:
1. Never slap a man who is chewing tobacco.
2. Never kick a cow chip on a hot day.
3. Always drink upstream from the herd.
4. If you find yourself in a hole, stop digging.
5. Good judgement comes from experience, and a lot of that comes from bad judgement.
6. Lettin' the cat out of the bag is a whole lot easier then puttin' it back.
7. After eatin' a whole bull, the mountain lion felt so good he let out with a loud roar, and kept it up until a hunter came along and shot him. The moral of this story: When you are full of bull, keep your mouth shut.
