Other types of 'sugar'.

Eat for the health of it.

Unbleached Beet sugar and unbleached cane sugar are not the only natural sweeteners; there is Fructose, which is found in fruit, some vegetables, honey, and other plants. Fructose and other sugars are carbohydrates, an important source of energy. Our food supply contains a variety of sugars. Glucose is the main source of energy for our body. Sucrose is equal parts of glucose and fructose, known as table sugar. Sucrose is found naturally in sugar cane and sugar beets.

Fructose does not increase blood glucose. Diabetics can often tolerate it better than other sugars. Excess weight usually occurs from eating way too much and not enough physical exercise. The rise in the number of obese people and the use of HFCS, occured about the same time giving us the suspition that it could very well have something to do with obesity. There is also the fact that we do not exercise as much as we should. Also keep in mind that they put HFCS in almost everything. I have a terrible time eating at some restaurants because I am allergic to Aspartame, MSG, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Chlorine in the city water, etc. I try to find restaurants that cook from the beginning and do not use all of these chemicals they are sticking in our food. I am very allergic to HFCS, Aspartame, MSG and chlorine in city water. (If you live in the city, you need to filter your water to get the chlorine out of it.) Keep in mind that corn syrup by itself and Fructose by itself is just fine but when they mixed the two with chemicals, it became a chemical (HFCS) and that is bad for you. I am happy that a few restaurants that still cook all natural.

It is a very interesting and true story.

Laughter is healthy: Toilet cleaning instructions:
1. Lift both lids and add 1/8 cup pet shampoo to the water in the bowl.
2. Pick up the cat and pet him while heading for the bathroom.
3. In one smooth operation, put him in the toilet and close the lid.You may have to sit on it.
4. The cat will self agitate and make ample suds.Never mind the noise, the cat is enjoying this.
5. Flush the toilet 3 or 4 times. This provides a 'power wash and rinse.'
6. Have someone open your front door and be sure no one is in the path.
7. Stand out of the way and lift both lids.
8. The cat will rocket out the door and dry off outside.
9. Both the cat and the commode will be clean.

Of course I didn't do this, I don't own a cat.
