Is sugar ruining your health?

Eat for the health of it.

They say that sugar can suppress your immune system, increase hyperactivity and anxiety,and causes a rise in total cholesterol and triglycerides. Sugar feeds on cancer cells,weakens eyesight, can cause problems with the digestive tract, premature aging,cause tooth decay,contributes to obesity,arthritis, yeast infection,gallstones, appendicitis, hemorroids and vericose veins. Sugar can contribute to osteoporosis. Sugar can raise blood preasure, can cause drowsiness, food allergies, toxemia durring pregnancy, make your skin age, cause cataracts,lowers the function of enzymes,increase the size of your liver, damage the pancreas, can increase body fluid retention, bowel movement,cause headaches,cause depression, risk of gout, Alzheimers, dizziness, sugar is addictive, can be intoxicating, high sugar intake can cause epileptic seizures, high blood preasure, may induce cell death, and sugar dehydrates newborns.

WOW!!! And that is only part of it. I am sure that sugar and sweet things are not good for anyone to eat a lot of but at the same time I really wonder if they are testing this with bleached sugar or have they ever done a test, using unbleached sugar or raw sugar? I can understand bleached sugar causing all these health problems. Bleach is bad for you. Doesn't it say on the bottle not to injest, inhale or get on your skin?? It would be interesting to find this out.

I know that a person that goes on a low carb diet, that they don't seem to wrinkle like people that go on diets where you count calories, or other diets.

The family of a very ill person waited for the doctor to give them the report on the patients condition. The doctor came into the waiting room and announced that the only hope would be a brain transplant, it would be risky, the insurance would pay for the procedure but they would have to pay for the brain. The family inquired, how much the brain would cost. The doctor told them that a male brain would be $5000 and the female would be only $300. Finally one of the men asked, Why there was such a difference in them. The doctor smiled and told them that it was just standard pricing procedure... We have to lower the price of the female brains, because they have been used. OH HUSH NOW, IT'S JUST A JOKE.
