sores and scabs

Eat for the health of it.

It was always my thought to cure a sore was to get air to it,but they are saying not, that you should keep the wound moist to minimize the scar as it heals. Use any over the counter antibiotic ointment to moisten the wound and to protect it from infection. Change the bandage often, remove when showering and replace it when you are dry. Don't dig at the scab, or zitts or mosquito bites, because you will increase the chances of scarring, if you do have a scar, use petrolium jelly to cover the scar and massage for 10 minutes every day for one or two months, this will help to minimize the scar. I usually use colloidal silver for scarring and dark spots. You can apply it the same way, just put some colloidal silver on the area and massage it until the liquid dissapears. Because it is a watery substance, you may neeed to use more as it rubs in. More will not hurt you.

Try eating all natural too, this will help nurish your skin with good nutrients. It is always better to use all natural when possible.

Laughter is healthy:
Three nuns were sitting in front of three fellows at the baseball game and the nuns habits were getting in the way at times and abscuring their view. Finally the first guy, talking loud enough that the nuns could hear him, says,"I'm going to move to Utah, there are only 100 nuns there."
The second guy says,"I am going to move to Montana, there are only 50 nuns there."
The third guy says, "I am moving to Arizona, there are only 25 nuns there."

Mother Superior had heard enough and turn around, smiling said, "Why don't you go to hell. There aren't any nuns there?"
