Lower your cholesterol

Eat for the health of it.

You can lower your cholesterol in many ways. You need soluble fiber found in plant based foods. Beta-glucan found in oat bran and barley are a good source of cholesterol-lowering fiber. Fiber is not digested so it attaches itself to cholesterol and bile acids and carries it out of the body, therefore lowering the cholesterol. I lowered my cholesterol by drinking my health drink that is in my all natural cookbook.

Laughter is healthy;

Sam and Martha got in a bad automobile accident. They were both killed and they both went to heaven. They met the Lord at the Pearley Gates. As they stood talking to the Lord as He welcomed them inside, they both noticed the beautiful golf course. They were both avid golfers so they began asking the Lord, "Can we golf here?" The Lord answered, "Yes." "We need clubs and how much are the green fees?" The Lord answered, "Everything is free here." Sam looked at Martha and commented, "This is great Martha but if you didn't insist on eating that darn oat bran, we could have been here ten years ago."
