A headache hurts

Eat for the health of it.

No matter where the headache is, it still hurts. It's important to find out what caused the headache in the first place. There are so many different kinds of headaches and as many causes, it just takes time to figure out where they came from, which is hard to do. If you get them bad, then you will surely want to find out what is causing them. Tension headaches are maybe the worst but really start in the neck more because of the slow build up of the muscle tension from the strain of being taut and under stress, and anxiety. This all builds up to a tension headache.

Some tension and other headaches can be caused by poor seating habits or poorly designed office furniture or holding your phone by your neck and shoulder. Talk about a pain in the neck. Even reading in bed, curled up on your side can get pretty uncomfortable. Anytime your muscles are under some type of tension, you are going to end up in pain. Some may be more painful then others but some also can cause more severe damage too, like it could cause your spine to misalign which can be very painful.

Try wrapping a warm wet towel around your neck. You may want to place a second, dry towel, over that. To keep the towel warm and you from getting too wet. You may rub your neck with all types of aromatic oils or other lotions. And try soaking your feet in a very warm water bath that you have added epsom salts to.

And for preventing tension injury in the future, try stretching your neck out as much as you can, by taking your hands on both sides of your head(try to place your hands so that your thumbs are under your jaw line) and pretend like you are lifting it up and turning it, slowly, right and then left. Be sure to relax. You will find that it does relieve the pain and you will want to do it more often.

Laughter is Healthy: Farmer John's Egg Business:

Farmer John had several hundren laying (hens) called "PULLETS" and ten Roosters to fertilize the eggs.
Farmer John kept close track to see if all the roosters were doing their part in fertilizing the eggs. Any rooster not performing his duty, ended up in the soup kettle.
Now Farmer John wanted to make sure that the roosters were performing, so he tied a little bell to each of the roosters and each bell had a little different sound so he could keep track of their performances.
He would sit on the porch and listen to the tones of the different bells and could tell which of the roosters were really performing. He realized that his favorite rooster,"Old Butch", his bell had not rung at all.
Farmer John went to investigate the situation. He noticed that all of the other roosters were chasing hens around and the hens had caught on to the noise from the bells and they were smart enough to run and hide.
The farmer then noticed that "Old Butch," had his bell in his beak so he could sneak up on the hens, do his job and head for the next one.
John was so proud of his, 'Old Butch,' that he entered in the Renfrew County Fair, and he became an overnight sensation amoung the judges. The result was that the judges not only awarded him the No Bell Piece Prize but they also awarded him the Pulletsurprise as well.
