Recipe for a hangover

Eat for the health of it.

This recipe was recommended for a hangover and they say it works. Just take a cup of hot water and add some honey to it; stir and drink it. Honey is high in fructose and sugar speeds the body's metabolism. Also dates are high in fructose. High in fructose means it is high in sugar not (high fructose corn syrup)(the bad stuff).

Ginko seeds are another way to speed the body's metabolism of alchohol. Maybe try a bloody Mary, that's tomato juice, vodka and Tabasko sause, Worcestershire sauce and a bit of red pepper. Also try some black strong coffee or a bag of ice or frozen peas on your head. It's important to eat, before and after. Try dandalion drops from the health food store, 30 to 60 drops three times a day.

Laughter is healthy:

Last night as we sat watching TV, I told my children I did not want to live in a vegatative state, depending on a machine and fluid from a bottle. If that ever happens just pull the plug.

They got up, pulled the plug on the TV and threw out my glass of wine. BRATS!!
