Benzene a hazardess carcinogen

Eat for the health of it.

Have you ever heard of Benzene? A lot of people have but there are a lot more that have not heard of this cancer causing agent. You may have heard of it when the soldiers drank the diet soda's that were left out in the hot weather in Iraq. Aspartame turns to a poisonous chemical, when heated. They apparently stored the soda where it was hot and when the soldiers drank it they became very ill.

Benzene is a colorless liquid with a pleasant odor. It's vapor is poisonous if inhaled too long. It is used in industry in the production of polystyrene, rubber, nylon, dyes and detergents. Benzene is on the hazardous list. It is a carcinogen.

What will they come up with next?

They put High Fructose Corn Syrup in soda and that is a very dangerous, chemically altered syrup, believed to cause cancer of the pancreas. And they are putting it into everything, making it difficult to find food that does not contain HFCS. The best way to deal with this is to eat all natural foods. Try eating unprocessed foods.So many people are getting pancreatic cancer and Diabetes. Check the labels on foods you buy. If it contains HFCS, leave it on the shelf.

Also watch for bleaching agents in flour and sugar, it is best to buy unbleached flour and sugar. Most grocery stores are carrying these products now. If not, find a health food store in your area, they have all kinds of good healthy foods.

MSG is another chemical found in a lot of food, but I did find out the hard way that if it is not at least 5% of the product they do not have to list it. That is a bummer.

Always read labels and keep in mind that the labels with the least amount of ingredients are the best, and unaltered fresh foods are the best for you.
