Pain in the hip?

Eat for the health of it.

If you have tried the chiropractor for a massage and adjustment and you still hurt you may want to try yoga and then if you still hurt, try filling your tub half full of nice warm water with a handful of sea salt, and soak in it for a half hour. Just like I told you to do with your hands or ankles. I would try a little more than warm but not hot enough to burn you.

If you want to feel great too just start eating all natural. You will find plenty of delicious meals in my all natural cookbook, GRANDMA'S BACK TO BASICS ALL NATURAL MORE THAN JUST A COOKBOOK ISBN#0-8059-6286-7, by Teresa Thompson. Laughter is healthy:
The door bell rings and the lady of the house opens the door and there stands a man with a complete tool chest on the doorstep.
"Madam, I am a piano tuner."
The lady exclaims,"Why? I didn't send for a piano tuner."

The man replies, "I know you didn't but your neighbor's did."
