Why worry?

Eat for the health of it.

You are not alone if you worry about every little thing but if it damaging your health it's time to get some help. If you get in an accident, that's one thing but to worry yourself sick that you might get in an accident, that is when you should get some help.

It doesn't help to drink a lot of caffeinated drinks because caffeine boosts lactate, which in turn can cause anxiety in people who are. Some sinus, cold and asthma medications can also induce panic attacks.

I take three Omega-3 capsuls a day or you can eat Salmon, tuna or sardines, three of four times a week.

Don't be afraid to talk to your doctor about anxiety attacks, he can help you, either through medication or professional help and don't forget that prayer does help.

I believe that all natural foods and drinks help a lot too.

Laughter is healthy:
The preacher had just extended his arms to the heaven above and with rapture in his voice he prayed "without you Lord our work would be but dust!" The preacher was interupted by an inquisitive little girl in the first row, "MOM, what is Butt Dust?"
