Do you have bleeding gums?

Eat for the health of it.

You can buy chewing gum from the health food store that contains pine bark extract. Chewing it after meals for a half hour will help. You also can take a cotton swab and dip it into the gel substance from an aloe vera plant leaf that has been cut in two.

Other things to try are, black tea, wintergreen oil on a cotton wad, and tea tree oil mixed with a little water and a cotton wad. If none of these work, see your dentist.

Laughter is healthy:

Walking 20 minutes a day can add a few years to your life then you can spend the additional time in a nursing home at $7,000 a month.

My grandpa started walking five miles a day when he was 60 ..Now he is 97 and we haven't a clue where he is.

I have to walk early in the morning before my brain figures out what I am doing.
