cornsilk tea

Eat for the health of it.

Hey, this may sound kinda corny but if you have swollen ankles from too much salt, try some cornsilk tea. Simply save the cornsilk next time you have fresh sweetcorn on the cob, dry it and make a cup of tea by taking a tablespoon of the dry silk and steep it in a cup of water for 5 minutes and drink it.

Asparagus juice is also a good diuretic. And drinking plenty of fresh water.

Laughter is ealthy:

Several older men were sitting around discussing what they were doing with their lives since they were retired and most of them were doing the 'honey do jobs' while others golfed and spent time painting and fixing things around the house. One gentleman had kept to himself and another man asked him,"What are you doing with your spare time Charlie?" Charlie answered, 'Well, I fortunately have a Chemical Engineering backround; I turn whiskey, wine, scotch, vodka and beer into urine."
