athletes foot and toenail fungus

Eat for the health of it.

If you have athletes foot or a toenail fungus, try soaking your foot in a bucket of very warm water with a 1/2 cup epsom salt and a half cup of apple cider vinegar, soak for at least a half hour. After soaking, take an old tooth brush or other type brush and scrub the infection from under the toenail and soak awhile longer. Do this as long as it is necessary to clean that buildup under the nails.It can take a few weeks. Oil of oregeano is good too.
