environmental polutants

Eat for the health of it.

Although PCBs and DDT was banned back in the 70'sThey still exist in water, plants and animals.Still estrogen like hormones are still added to feed for livestock to fatten them. Probably another reason we are getting fatter too.

When people take estrogen elevating drugs and then they excrete them, they in turn enter our drinking water supply and accumulate over time.

Environmental polutants do affect hormones. Girls born in the 70's, who partisapated in a study, showed signs of breast development as young as seven years old.

Choose a high fiber diet. Choose organic produce and grains. Select meat from grass fed livestock. Drink filtered water.Take vitamins and minerals.

Laughter is healthy:

A man from North Carolina had a flat tire. He pulled off the road and began to pick flowers from a nearby field and put them in front of his car and the back of his can, A passerby stopped and studied the scene for awhile and then askked the guy why he put the flowers by his car. The man responded,"I have a flat tire and the manual says, when you break down you should put Flares in the front and the back of your vehicle. I never did understand that neither."
