Eat for the health of it.
Luckily I was married and out of the house when my father, brothers and sisters had hepatitis. I remember my dad was sick enough to be down in bed, and for my dad that had to be very sick. I don't know where they got it but it was going around. But one thing that is good for hepatitis is stinging nettle and chickweed. I am sure these days they have a drug for curing this but years ago it must have been a rare sickness. The main thing for most contracted diseases is to be sure to always wash your hands with soap, carry washups with you to wash your hands if you think you may not have a place to wash up before eating.

Laughter is healthy:
One day God saw all the rascally behavior going on here on earth. He called his angels to check things out and when they returned they told God that, yes, it was true, things were quite bad.95% were misbehaving and 5% were not.
God chose another angel to double check this out and when she returned, and told God the same thing.God was pleased with the 5% and sent them an email to encourage them to continue their good behavior. Do you know what it said? I just wondered because I didn't get one either.

How to care for hemorrhoids
Eat for the health of it.
If you have never had any trouble with hemrroids I would consider you pretty lucky, because almost everyone has had a seige of hemrroids and then add to that a nasty little fissure. That smarts. It seems I have had them forever but I think after the birth of my first child was when I remember the most. They would come and go. I would have a colonoscopy and the doctor said I needed surgery, that would be the only way to fix them. I guess lucky for me that I had just laid out a bunch of money for some classes at the college and I said I would have to wait. They healed up and I was fine for awhile.
After my neck surgery this past winter and all that medicine I was on and I got all bound up again and the hemrroids were back and so was that nasty fissure. I tried several different things and I finally went to the health food store and they recommended a salve and I felt relief right away. I have been using it everytime I feel a little discompfort there. The name of this salve is:(H.G. The secrets of Eden) I would recommend that to anyone with this problem.
Eat a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables too. The more all natural you eat the better things will move along. If you have to take medicine be sure to drink plenty of water. And if you are still bound up you will probably have to use suppositories or an enama, but this salve will relieve the pain.

A couple had just finished eating and as they sat staring at the walls the wife said, "Honey, the light fixture in the hall needs a new bulb, could you fix it please?"
Annoyed by such a request, he says, "Do I have GE written on my forehead? I don't think so."
A few minutes later the wife asks, "Can you fix the light in the refrigerator?"
He answers,"Do you see Westinghouse written on my forehead?"
A while later she asks, "Well honey, those steps are in bad shape by the porch, could you at least fix them?"
"No," He grumbles. "I'm going to the bar and have a couple of drinks."
A couple hours later he comes home and the steps are fixed, the light was working in the refrigerator and the hall light was lit.
He looks at his wife and asked,"How did you do all that work"?
She explained it well. "I was on the front steps crying after you left and a really nice man came along and asked what I was crying for and I told him, so he offered to do that for me and all I had to do is bake him a cake or go to bed with him."
"What kind of cake did you bake for him?"
She replied, "Hellooo!! do you see Betty Crocker written on my forehead?" "I don't think so."

Get rid of that headache
Eat for the health of it.
If you have had a headache lately and didn't know what to do about it, go to your nearest healthfood store and get some licorice root and chew on it. I like licorice but I have never tried it for headaches because I do not have headaches very often and I am sitting here thinking when I did last have a headache and it has been some time ago. I feel pretty lucky about that too because I know so many people who have headaches all the time. I'll have to tell them about the licorice root.
There are so many really good all natural healing remedies. I am always hoping that I can remember them if I ever need them.I know for sure that if you eat all natural you are going to have a better chance of being healthy.

Andy is a prisoner and everyone likes him, because he really isn't a bad guy, just stepped out of line and got caught. He was so well liked by the warden that he made arrangements for Andy to learn a trade while serving time. After a few years Andy learns to be a carpenter and is given weekend passes to do work for people in the community. The warden decides that he wants to remodel his kitchen and asks Andy to help him. The warden tells Andy,"I can get the cupbords put into place but I need you to do my counter fitting."
Andy answers, "Gosh warden,I really would like to help you but counter fitting was what got me in jail in the first place."

Trouble with hay fever?
Eat for the health of it.
I'm not sure if I had hay fever or just an allergic reaction to something, but for months I was bothered with stuffed up nose or sinus congestion and I used colloidal silver drops in my nose. I didn't even bother going to the doctor with it because the last time they gave me pills that made me itch and I think I was worse then not doing anything. I heard about drinking strong black coffee and I also have been drinking a tea that is supposed to be to keep your bowels loose and ever since I have been drinking that I noticed that my nose is running and I can breathe through both nostrils. WOW!! Crazy or what, I'm glad I can breathe easier. I got the tea at the health food store. If you are interested it is called Organic smooth move SENNA. It is a laxative tea, maybe it is just a coincident that I can breathe now.Who knows?

A guy comes out of the store and sees an officer writing a ticket,"Oh, Come on mate, give a guy a break."
The officer continues to write and ignores the guy.
Then the guy calls him a pencil-necked geek. The officer glare at him and continues to write another ticket for having bald tires.
The man asks the officer, "How about a donut, tubby?"
The officer writes another ticket and adds it to the other two tickets on the windshield. The guy needles the officer another twenty minutes until the windshield is covered with tickets. The man looks at the officer and says, "Have a great day officer," and then walks to his car that is parked around the corner.

Have you ever sprained an ankle or stubbed your toe or even you hands and fingers?
Eat for the health of it.
I read about this in some old Indian remedies, but I have been doing this for years. If you sprain your ankle or stub your toe or maybe strain your hands or fingers, just get some good hot water and add a cup or so of salt. Some people use Epsom salt but you may not always have that on hand.Soak for a half hour.
These good old fashioned remedies are really worth trying, sometimes I think maybe we run to the doctors too quickly. Don't get me wrong, I am not against going to the doctor but when it comes to little injuries that can be (at least tried) to fix at home.
We didn't run to the doctor when we were kids unless we broke something or blood was gushing. I think we ate healthier and we were healthier. Now the kids eat so much junk food that their bodies can't fight back naturally, so they need an antibiotic.
Try to encourage your children to eat good healthy foods; things that are all natural so they stay healthy. "You people are sick, where is the body? I still need to identify it."
"I'm afraid you can't see the body yet, they won't be bringing her up again until later this afternoon."

Are you balding?
Eat for the health of it.
Stop it right now before it goes any further. Take a natural bristled brush and rub your head with the bristle to stimulate blood flow and help stimulate circulation in the area and that will bring blood to the scalp and help nourish hair follicles.
I have been massaging my hair so I don't loose it all. I hope it works. Anything is worth the try.
I know I sound like a broken record but I am thoroughly convinced that eating healthy is the only way to eat. Most of the time when you eat healthy you build a very strong immune system.
After telling you about the Henoch-Schonlein purpura I have and it is only about half gone right now, but to think that I was eating all natural and being careful what I eat all the time and I got it. It's a horrible thing to get and I had never heard of it before, but now looking back about 6 months when I underwent a very serious neck operation and I kept thinking, 'could it be the rods or the cadaber bones they used?'
In reading up on this I did find out that it can stem from a bacterial infection. I remember that I did get an infection and possibly it stayed in my system until now to take over my body. It sure made itself right at home. I am finding out more about it as I find and read articles on it. One thing is you should never wear these short socks and especially do not wear them to bed. They can shut the circulation off and zap you can have a terrible infection and it lasts a long time. just google it and read whatever.

Are you prematurely getting gray ?
Eat for the health of it.
My hair changes colors a lot and I guess I never thought of it being from something I was eating. I suppose that because I do eat all natural foods it can make a difference that my hair doesn't really turn gray. I have been accused of coloring my hair because it does change, but it does it on its own.
Now this is something I would like to try but I will have to wait until I find the time. Now I suppose that if you were to eat a lot of bread like, Russian rye, or Dark Greek breads or certain Turkish breads, this could help your hair to keep from graying.
One of the ingredients is black cumin which is in these breads and they claim it has an effect on whether a persons hair turns gray. I do eat the darker breads and I make sure they are all natural. It could be, but you can also crush a half cup of black cumin seeds and 1/4 cup sesame seeds, boil in 2 cups of filtered water for several minutes or until you have only one cup left. Rinse your hair with this brew and leave it on until the next shower. Now you do this for 60 to 90 days.
I don't really know if I care that much if my hair turns gray or not. After thinking this over, you would be grinding these seeds every day; boiling them into this brew, rinsing your hair with this every day, and then you would no longer have gray hair. Is it worth it? I'll have to try that and hope it works. I'll have to look into the dark breads and their ingredients to see if that would work. It will be interesting.
If you try it please let me know.
My all natural cookbook can give you a lot of recipes to eat all natural and that is a good start to healthy body, system, bones, hair, skin etc. and believe me that's the way to eat. Laughter is healthy:
An old man, a boy and a donkey were walking on the road into town and at the edge of town the old man told the boy to get on the donkey while they went through the town.
And the people said, "It's a shame that the young boy rides the donkey and the old man walks."
The boy gets off the donkey and he walks with the old man.
So the people said,"That's a shame that they are both walking when they have a donkey to ride."
So the old man and the young boy both got on the donkey and continued to walk through the town. Then the people said,"That's a shame that both of those people are riding that poor donkey."
So, now they feel bad that they were riding the poor donkey so they get off the donkey and begin to carry the donkey the rest of the way through the town and they came to a bridge and the donkey began to wriggle around and they dropped the donkey in the river and he drowned.
